Terms and Conditions

The following is a legal agreement between One Better Network and you (the Publisher, Affiliate, You or ‘Your’), the user of One Better Network website. You agree to use the site only in accordance with this Agreement. We reserve the right to make changes to the site and these terms at any time. You have the right to continue or not the use of the site after any such modification and notification thereof.

1. License

  •  All individuals or entities need official approval from One Better Network before becoming an Affiliate publisher and be given access to the site. Only reviewed and approved affiliates will be permitted to use One Better Network site. If you are approved, you are granted a license to use the site and any data, information and reports that arise as a result of such use, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • You agree not to claim any right to the software, data, applications or methods of One Better Network.
  • You agree that your license is granted solely to you and access must not be allowed to third parties without authorization from One Better Network.

2. Prohibited Conduct

One Better Network is strongly against fraudulent means. You agree not to use any means like:

  • Adding clicks or leads through fraudulent traffic generation.
  • ‘Impression spams’.
  • Modifying the creative materials unless authorized to do so.

Advertising must not include any of the following:

  • A site consisting only of a list of links or advertisements.
  • A site offering exclusively incentives to users to click on adverts.
  • A site where more than one pop-up window appear.
  • Website communication systems of third parties like internal email, bulletins, comments or chat room.
  • Content violating personal or intellectual rights and property like:
  1. racial, ethnic, political, religious or gender;
  2. investment opportunities or money-making advice that do not comply with law;
  3. ungrounded violence;
  4. profanity;
  5. material threatening or urging physical harm to others;
  6. promotion of illegal substances or illegal online gambling;
  7. pirate software.
  • Spyware and malware.

3. Payment

  • You get paid after the occurrence of an action no later than 30 days following the end of the month when the bounty was earned.
  • Payment is made in US dollars but is not issued for sums under $50.
  • You accept all risks concerning Advertiser’s failure to pay in full or on time.
  • No payment is made for Actions that occur after a program is expired or before its start.

4. Termination

  • This agreement is in effect from the moment of your acceptance until terminated by either party upon 3-day notice or immediately, in case a breach of the agreement is noticed, or if insolvency or dissolution of either party occurs.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for any reason and without notice; all amounts due to you will be paid during the next billing cycle except in cases you violate section 2 of this Agreement, upon which your bounties will be forfeited.

5. Confidentiality

  • All information submitted by end-users is confidential and must not be disclosed as well as all data and reports received as part the services which are proprietary and owned by One Better Network;
  • The terms of any Program must not be disclosed to third parties;
  • The CPA value, your username and password also constitute confidential information and you agree not to disclose them;
  • Confidential information may be protected by trademark, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property law and you may not exploit it in any manner like reproduction, selling, dissemination or distribution;
  • All the above do not bind either party in case such information is required by the institutions of law and order.

6. Liability and disclaimer

  • One Better Network is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website, including but not limited to:
  1. your inability to access the site or use it;
  2. your inability to use a program;
  3. unavailability of some or all of the site services;
  4. incidental, indirect, lost profit or other damages;
  • The website content, services and information are provided with no warranty. You use this site and run programs at your own risk;
  • In case you have been damaged through a breach of this agreement or otherwise, the maximum liability that shall be incurred to you is limited to the sum of the bounties you received for the six months before the occurrence of the cause for this liability.

7. Indemnity

Affiliates irrevocably promise and agree to indemnify One Better Network harmless from and against any losses, claims, damages, costs, expenses, suits, demands or liabilities, arising from any claims and lawsuits for copyright, slander, libel, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from members’ web pages.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable to the other in case of failure or delay in performing its obligations under the present agreement on account of fires, storms, terrorism, war, riots, governmental actions, earthquakes, floods, interruption of Internet service or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of the respective party.

9. Miscellaneous

  • The present Agreement is the sole and entire understanding and agreement between the Parties. Each party is an independent contractor and not a partner, joint venturer or employee of the other. All notices will be sent to you upon signing up for the service at the addresses submitted to you by email.
  • We reserve the right to change any or all conditions of the present agreement at any time with or without notice. Your future use of the site or programs will be considered affirmative consent to the new agreement.
